The worst support question? June 23, 2008

The other day the local Chamber of Commerce president was amazed at some of the phone calls he got, and to that I thought, “Worse, the ones that don’t call, do it themselves and then have issues as a result.” In the case of the Internet, and the things your business does through use of that technology, or isn’t doing, just ask us.
