IE 8 Beta first peek March 6, 2008

by virtue of having a VM XP machine, I installed the IE 8 Beta (hey, I have to peek sometimes) and the thumbnail will show you the first screen that appears in a successful installation. After following the prompts, I chose the custom setting, you’ll see this screen for a successful install. More on this later, since it’s only a Beta now, DO NOT INSTALL on your workstation, it overwrites the IE7 that I had already. There are 5 different downloads, be sure to get the right one when you install (thank God for vmware workstation and my XP ‘test’ machine)
