Using Thunderbird from Mozilla.org for email and features of the vDomainHosting.com email account you can STOP spammers cold.
I am using Thunderbird 1.5 for this email, and so not sure if other email programs filters will be compatible with this.
The Message Filters option under Tools in Thunderbird looks like this:

To create the block for spam senders, Click on NEW, and under the first column”For incoming messages that:” select the down arrow that now says Subject by default and go to Customize to Customize Headers. This is to create the search option.

In the New message header blank space enter X-vDomHost-Relay as seen here and click OK (the screen shot is after OK has been clicked, to show that was successful.)
Ok, so now your Thunderbird ‘knows’ there’s a message header value to look for called X-vDomHost-Relay, in Thunderbird go to View>Headers>All and next find a junk email msg and open it. (Note: you can also select view>headers>all from within a message)
Now you will see lots of lines at the top of your email message, near the bottom of that list you will see the x-vDomHost-Relay: and an IP address, copy that IP address into your clipboard, (I just select it, Press CTRL and C to copy it) then,
In your Thunderbird, go back to the Message Filters, (set for Local Folders) and click NEW, in the filter name paste the IP address you copied (I do that with CTRL and V) and then enter “Junk Sender” after that.
For incoming Messages that, select the X-vDomHost-Relay option you created for the first column, then the second should be ‘contains’ then the third column pasted that IP address that you put in the title of the message filter.
Now we tell Thunderbird what we want done with that message after it’s found, in the second part of the message filter window “Perform these actions” you will use Move Message To in the first column and in the second column that is label local folders, select the down arrow and choose “Trash” from the options there. You have now made the computer process these junk emails. Once all your junk senders are setup, your “spam deletion duties” will become short work.
